Richard won the points race and second in 500m TT and flying lap to add to his elimination and Individual Pursuit wins plus 2nd in scratch  yesterday.

New member Andy Langdown was 3rd overall and Rob Muzio 4th overall.

Mike Twelves was 2nd in 500m TT, 3rd in flying lap and then won every sprint in the points race to win that on top of wins in scratch, elimination and Individual Pursuit the previous day.

Mike and Richard both set LVRC national records for 55+ and 50+ Individual Pursuit respectively.

So two individual championship wins to add to what the cross guys managed! Quite the team!
