Veteran rider Barrie Mitchell from Marton. won his 21st British Cycling Championship on Sunday.  The 68 year old was in brilliant form winning by almost 3 ½ minutes over 2 laps of a very undulating course at Cranfield, Nr Milton Keynes, making up a distance of 20 miles.  He also finished 3rd in the Standard competition.  Mitchell also won the Championship last season.

Team Boss, Mick Ives finished 2nd in the 75 + Championships and Russell Green finished 4th in the 50+ section.

The Teams young StarJonathan Wears finished 3rd in the Under 23 Class and 11th fastest overall.  He has also finished 2nd in the Season long Under 23 competition .
