Kenilworth’s most successful Racing Cyclist, Matt Clinton, has signed for Coventry Elite Team “Team Jewson—M.I.Racing—Polypipe—McCann”

That’s the big news in local cycle racing!

35 year old Matt, has had several seasons out of the sport, got married and started a family, but now feels he is ready to carry on where he left off – as one of the U.K’s leading Time Trial and Hill Climb specialists.

Matt, who lives in Kenilworth, and works in Sutton Coldfield, will team up with his former team mate and very good friend Jack O’Neill, to form a super partnership. Matt will ease himself into local time trials, supporting the very strong “Team Jewson—M.I.Racing” team and hopes to be in top shape towards the end of the time trial season ready for the hill climb season in October.

Matt was British Hill Climb Champion in 2008 and in 2015 won the British Circuit Time Trial Championships. He went onto win the “Champion of Champion” award a brilliant achievement.
