Kirby Bennett who only joined the team several months ago, has won his first ever British Cycling Championship. The Hinckley based rider won the 55-59 Class at the British Mountain Bike Championships held on the Olympic course in Essex. This now brings the tally of British Championships won by Coventry's Elite Cycling Team to 13 since January 1st this year. Bennett now hopes to bring back a Medal from the UCI World Mt Bike Championships in Andorra, later in the season.
