The only Coventry area Cycling Team to be represented at the “British Cycling Awards and Dinner Evening” held at the Hilton Hotel, Birmingham on Saturday, was that of “Team Jewson–M.I.Racing–Polypipe,” with not 1 , but 5 Riders receiving special awards for performances during the past season. These awards included 2 World Cycling Championships and 5 British British Cycling Championships.
The awards were presented by former Professional and World Track Champion Rob Hayles.
